My Cornwall magazine

I've just received the latest copy of My Cornwall magazine today....a very chipper robin on the front cover!  I have a little advert in this Dec/Jan issue but the magazine has also kindly done a write up in the 'Seasonal Shopper' guide too.  The leaves look lovely even if I say so myself ;-).
I'm making more next week as they do seem to be popular as Christmas gifts with my customers at the shop & through my Etsy site.

Hedgehogs complete....

Copper versions of the new hedgehogs now available
....will be listed on Etsy today!

Forky Fun

During the fair last weekend I acquired a few wooden forks while sampling some of the delicious food on offer!  However I do have a slight aversion to using wooden cutlery as it sets my teeth on edge!
So.....I thought I would keep the forks with this idea in mind, just a bit of fun....

The Guild of Ten

Back in late September I applied to join The Guild of Ten in Truro.  I was very pleased to be accepted as a new member of the co-operative.  My work seems to have been well received by the people/visitors of Truro & I'm getting to know some of the other members.  It is a lovely gallery space & all the work on show is of a high standard.

I will be on my duty days in the shop on 28th November & 11th December.

A Co-operative venture by a group of craftswomen and craftsmen living in Cornwall. The Guild of Ten opened its present premises in 1979.
The shop is staffed by members of the Guild, and sells only their original work which includes Glass, Jewellery, Wood, Textiles, Painted Silk, Cards,
Accessories, and both Women’s and Children’s Clothes.

Monday to Saturday  9.30 - 1.30    2.00 - 5.30

A grey month................so far

Continuing with my colour a month project....GREY for November (most of my wardrobe would fit the bill...!) Looking forward to next month's festive colour RED as a contrast.

Etsy additions

I'm trying to get more organised and list items on Etsy with Christmas in mind of course....
The issue is having the time to photograph everything (when the lighting is OK & it's not raining!).  I've just added a few more pieces of jewellery today....see pictures below.

Remember you can always email me direct to enquire about something else you may have seen at a show or on the website.  Items are also available in silver....
