Napkin rings

Some pictures of a recent commission by a local chef for some napkin rings...
Darren Broom is the chef behind The Wild Larder who I met last year at the Trereife Christmas event.  He is using unusual handmade crockery, cruet sets & now my napkin rings!
I've based the designs on 3 leaves; oak, sycamore & ivy in etched copper & brass with red/gold colours from the heating process.

Darren says:
"My food is based around nature, I believe what grows together goes together.  Through growing and foraging the ingredients I use, I try to reflect nature on a plate.  Taking inspiration from our wild coastlines and hedgerows, I use nature as my guide.  From the ingredients to the plates, everything I do revolves around my wild findings, experiences and memories of food.  That's what I aim to share, bringing a mix of nostalgia, fun, excitement and the unknown to my diners".
